CＲO (Contact Ｒesearch Organization )as the main form of biomedical research and development outsourc- ing services industry is developing rapidly and attracts many people ’s attention. Based on the study status of CＲO ，the paper makes a system analysis of the contract research organization roughly from research contents ，research methods and research perspectives ，and then points out the advantages and disadvantages of contract research organization ，providing ba- sis and reference for the later study of CＲO.
