左氧氟沙星为基础的三联疗法根除幽门螺旋杆菌的疗效探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨左氧氟沙星为基础的三联疗法根除幽门螺旋杆菌的临床治疗效果。方法 方便选择2013年9月―2015年3月期间该院收治的120例Hp感染者作为实验对象，随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（n=60例）和观察组（n=60例），对照组采用标准三联法治疗，观察组采用以左氧氟沙星为基础的三联疗法治疗，观察两组患者Hp根除情况及恶心呕吐、腹部不适等不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组Hp根除率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 Hp患者采用以左氧氟沙星为基础的三联疗法治疗，临床疗效较好，能够有效提高Hp根除率，并且不良反应发生率低，安全可靠，值得临床推广使用 [关键词] 左氧氟沙星；三联疗法；幽门螺旋杆菌；临床疗效 [中图分类号] R978 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）08（a）-0149-03 [Abstract] Objective To probe into the clinical treatment effects of levofloxacin based triple therapy for eradication of Helicobacter pylori eradication. Methods Convenient selection 120 patients of Hp infected and who accepted treatments in our hospital from September 2013 to March 2015 were taken as the experiment objects， and patients were divided into the control group （n=60 cases） and the observation group（n=60 cases） by random digital table method. In the control group，they were treated with standard triple therapy while in the observation group，they were treated with levofloxacin based triple therapy. Then，the Hp eradication and the incidence of nausea and vomiting， abdominal discomfort and other adverse reactions of two groups of patients were observed. Results The eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group the difference was statistically significant.（P0.05）. And the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.33%（5/60），while the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 13.33% （8/60）， the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group， the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of levofloxacin based triple therapy treated with the patients with HP are better，which can effectively improve the Hp eradication rate， thus it is worth to be used and applied in the clinical.
