评价超声对睾丸肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的诊断及鉴别诊断价值 　　[摘要] 目的 评价超声对睾丸肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法 整群选取2008年4月―2015年6月期间该院收治的睾丸肿瘤及肿瘤样病变患者50例，纳入患者临床资料完整。回顾分析患者的超声声像图特征，并将诊断结果与病理结果进行对比分析。结果 根据病症类型对患者进行划分，包括纤维性假瘤患者6例，所占比例为12%；睾丸结核1例，所占比例为2%；精原细胞瘤患者23例，所占比例为46 %；淋巴瘤患者3例，所占比例为6%；混合性生殖细胞瘤3例，所占比例为6 %；畸胎瘤患者3例，所占比例为6%；胚胎性癌患者3例，所占比例为6 %；支持性肿瘤1例，所占比例为2%；其他7例，所占比例为14%。 结论 超声对睾丸肿瘤及肿瘤样病变诊断价值较高，此外结合患者的年龄、临床症状等可提高诊断与鉴别的准确率。笔者建议对于睾丸肿瘤及肿瘤样病变患者，可将超声诊断作为主要的诊断手段 [关键词] 超声；睾丸肿瘤；肿瘤样病变；鉴别诊断 [中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）11（c）-0196-03 [Abstract] Objective To evaluate ultrasound in the diagnosis of testicular tumors and tumor-like lesions and their value in differential diagnosis. Methods 50 cases of patients with testicular tumor and tumor like lesions treated from April 2008 to June2015 in the hospital were selected and their clinical data were complete. Ultrasonic image features of patients were retrospectively analyzed， and the diagnostic results and pathological results were compared and analyzed. Results According to the type of disease in patients，there were 6 cases of patients with fibrous pseudotumor， accounting for 12%； 1 cases with testicular tuberculosis， accounting for 2%； 23 cases with spermatogonial cell tumor， accounting for 46%； 3 cases with lymphoma， accounting for 6%； 3 cases with mixed germ cell tumor， accounting for 6%； 3 cases with malignant tumor， accounting for 6%， 3 cases with embryonic carcinoma， accounting for 6%； 1 cases with supporting tumor， accounting for 2%； the other 7 cases accounting for 14%. Conclusion The diagnostic valueof ultrasonography in diagnosis of testicular tumors and tumor like lesions was higher，In addition， it can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and differential diagnosiscombined with the patient’s age and clinical symptoms. The author suggests that the ultrasonic diagnosis can be used as the main diagnostic method for the patients with testicular tumors and tumor like lesions.
