Foshan Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation, Foshan 528000, Guangdong Province, China) ABSTRACT: To the issue of H-bridge cascaded static var H generator (SVG) direct current (DC) capacitor voltage Simulink balancing, this paper analyzed the relation between modulation wave magnitude and DC capacitor voltage variation based on (static var phase shifted carrier pulse width modulation (PSCPWM), and generatorSVG) proposed the Modulation Wave Supplementary method. On the basis of maintaining the total modulation wave constant and keeping the H-bridge modulation degree less than 1, the H appropriate supplementary was introduced to modulation waves of each cascaded H-bridge respectively according to the error between the voltage of each bridge and the mean voltage 0 of the DC capacitors at same phase.
