third is that taking many efforts to use the education as a measure of
administration, not a way of meeting the developmental needs of people.
The forth is that spending too much time in inputting metaphysical
theories whereas some vivid knowledge and practical techniques have been
omitted.
By discussion above, the thesis has found that there is something in
common between the education of ideological politics and the individual
needs of soldiers. And there are differences as well as intersection
between the two aspects. Its metaphysical and changeable features
characterize the education. Meanwhile, their concrete and permanent
features characterize the strong needs of soldiers in the army.
Furthermore, the strong needs of soldiers can propel the development of
themselves 、 the army and the society. Therefore, an education of
ideological politics, which concerns people’s individual needs, is not
only reachable, but also necessary. Education of ideological politics
should play a important role in constitute a harmonious relationship
between meeting the strong needs of soldiers and moving forward the
enforcement of our army.
By conducting case study, the third part analyzes the state of the
strong needs of soliders, describes its structural characteristics and
tagmeme relations. By analyzing the structure of strong needs and the
community, class and familiy background correlatedly, the third part also
reviewes the catholicity of the strong needs. The author tests and
measures the force of strong needs of soldiers by breaking strong needs
into actualization anticipattion, positive attitude in work and
satisfaction in military life, etc.
The focal point of the article is the educational measures of “make
it according to the situation”. It means that the effective education
must be established on the basis of knowing the thoughts of personnel in
