Unit1 Friendship Good evening,everyone.First of all,I’ll introduce myself to you.I’m Liu Dandan,from No 2 senior middle school of Zhongmu. It’s my honor to be here sharing my teaching ideas with all of you.My topic is Friendship, the reading part of Book One,Unit One.Here I divide my teaching plan into 5 parts.The analysis of the teaching material,teaching and learning methods,teaching procedure, homework and blackboard design.First, let me talk about the teaching material. Part 1: the analysis of the teaching material The selected teaching material is the reading passage of Unit 1,Friendship.By studying this unit,we’ll enable the students to know the importance of friendship and make them value friendship.This is an important lesson in this Book, and this lesson plays an important part in this unit, if the Ss can learn it well, it will be helpfut to make the Ss learn the rest of this unit.After studying the teaching material, I think the teaching aims are the followings. Knowledge Objects: let the Ss learn some useful words and expressions in the passage let the Ss use the patterns to express their ideas about friendship. Ability Objects: To develop and improve the Ss’ listening. Speaking reading and writing ability. Emotion Objects: Help the Ss realize the importance of friendship and make them value friendship. Now let’s come to the difficult points: The emphasis of my teaching are to help the Ss know the importance of friendship and develop their reading ability. Something about Ss: As we all know, most of our Ss are not good at English, they are lack of vocabulary and could’t express themselves very well in English.So, I’ll certainly have some difficulty in my teaching.According to the teaching material and the Ss’ learning background.I’ll use the following methos. Part 2 Teaching and learning methods In order to achieve the teaching aims,I decide to choose cooperative approach, guided-eading and task-based language teaching. That is to say, I’ll let th
