Results T he inhomogenio s str ct re (7/ 15) , nod lar or lob lar conto r ( 10/ 15) and t he short irreg lar d ral tail shape ( 4/ 15) in malignant gro p were higher than t hose in benign gro p w ith great significance ( P 0.05) . Conclusion There is great significant difference between benign and malignant meningioma on CT and MR imaging . Mis diagnosis can be red ced or avoided if more attention was paid to it.
