The status of various ana1ytica1 methods including the nationa1 standard , the sense of ana1ysis methods , spectrophotomet巧， electrochemica1 methods , chromatography and capillary electrophoresis in the determination of the qua1ity of emulsion were expounded systematically by the review . It is a desirable trend to develop some rapid , accurate and practica1 methods for detecting 甲lality of emulsion with a little emulsion sample and reagent or without reagent , meanwhile , with high efficiency.
