经济转型中的机遇与挑战 Opportunities and Challenges in Economic Transformation 顾云昌 Yunchang GU 中国房地产研究会，副会长 Vice President, China Real Estate Research Association 寒冬已来临，春天会远吗？ Winter is Coming, Can Spring be Far Behind? 顾云昌教授，著名房地产专家、学者。中国房地产研究会副会长，住房和城乡建设部住 房政策专家委员会副主任，北京大学博士后导师。 1966 年毕业于同济大学城市规划专业。1979 年进建设部工作。曾任建设部城市住宅局 处长，建设部城镇住宅研究所所长，建设部政策研究中心副主任，中国房地产业协会副会长 兼秘书长。 二十多年悉心于中国住房制度改革和房地产业改革和发展的理论与实践的研究。八十年 代参加中国城市住宅建设技术政策和 2000 年中国住房消费的研究，因此两次获得国家科技 进步一等奖。多次参与国家房改政策的研究和制订，为国家房改方案和政策的主要起草人之 一。九十年代参加 2000 年国家小康住宅科技项目，任产业政策组组长。主持完成了“跨世 纪中国住宅产业政策的研究”、“经济适用住房政策的研究”等重要课题。曾是中国房协年度 房地产市场形势分析报告的主持人和主要执笔者。主编的书主要有《前进中的中国房改》、 《中国房地产发展大全》等。 Professor Gu Yunchang, a well known real estate expert and scholar, Vice-President of China Real Estate Research Association, Deputy Director of Housing Policy Expert Committee of MOHURD, Post-Doctorial Mentor. Graduated from Tongji University (major in city planning) in 1966, Mr. Gu worked for the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) since 1979. He used to serve as the Director of City House Bureau of MOHURD, Director of Institute of Urban Residential of MOHURD, Deputy Director of Policy Research Center of MOHURD, and Vice-President and Secretary General of China Real Estate Association. Mr. Gu has dedicated himself in the theoretical and practical researches of China’s housing system reform and real estate industry reform and development for more than 20 years.
