A training system consists of three major parts: institutions, courses, and instructors.
The system is the foundation, including training management methods, training programs, relevant forms, working process, training evaluation methods and internal instructor system.
The course is the soul, including course design, courseware production, and review evaluation of course.
The lecturer is the carrier, which means that the lecturer is only one of the practitioners of the training, playing the role of the deductive course.
The function of the training system is to regulate the training activities of the company as the basis of the system to ensure the smooth operation of the training. Should include: training management method, training plan, relevant form, working process, training evaluation method and internal lecturer system and so on. The training management method should be fully embodied in the training process and the training result assessment will be combined with the employees performance appraisal. The internal lecturer system should reflect the spirit of selecting and motivating the internal lecturers, as well as the role of the internal lecturer to regulate the teaching behavior of the internal lecturers.
The primary job of establishing a training system is to set up the training system, design the training process, make the relevant forms, and develop the training plan.
