Effective method of process assessment in classroom teaching

The educational evaluation advocated by the new curriculum is a developmental evaluation which takes human as the starting point and promotes the development of individual harmony, with the core characteristic of process evaluation. Process evaluation requires the three changes: 1., the evaluation of the main interaction. 2., the dynamic evaluation methods. 3., evaluation content diversification.
Zankov said: our time requires not only a person with extensive and profound knowledge, but also the requirement of the development of his wisdom, emotion, will, develop his talents and endowments. The classroom teaching in primary school should reflect the idea of people first and pay attention to the students lifelong development. How can the process assessment in classroom teaching be most effective? How can we let students shine their vitality in class? I have made a preliminary exploration in teaching.
First, the evaluation should be based on respect for students
Teachers should recognize the diversity of students, respect for their independence and individuality, and establish equal interpersonal relationships with their students. Especially in classroom teaching, students have different insights, different understandings and different ways of solving problems, and teachers do not have to impose their wishes on students. A teacher should act as a participant in an interactive dialogue with his students.
