东北财经大学本科毕业论文 旅游业零负团费危害性及对策分析 作 者： 安 宁 分 校： 开放教育学院 专 业： 工商管理 年 级： 2009 春 学 号： 091000083 指导老师： 王七萍 答辩日期： 成 绩： 内容提要 旅游是人类社会发展到一定阶段的产物，随着经济全球化和人们生活水平的日益提高，人们不满足于生活现状而追求更高、更美好、更浪漫的生活情趣。闲暇之余旅游将是人们的最佳选择，因此，旅游业作为一种新型的朝阳产业面临着前所未有的发展机遇。由于旅游业涉及游、购、娱、吃、住、行六大要素，会带动产业链的发展。可以说旅游业是“一业兴百业旺”的综合性产业，因此各地区都积极建设各种旅游基础设施，开发自己独特的旅游资源，以推进本地区的经济建设。目前旅游业在国民经济发展中支柱作用越来越明显，成为我国经济新的重要增长点。 然而正是这么好的一个优势产业也存在不和谐的因素，旅游业“零负团费”就是不和谐因素的表现之一，它是旅游经济发展中的特殊产物，是目前我国旅游业面临的一个突出而又棘手的问题。本文对其产生的环境背景、成因、运行机制及其具体表现带来的弊端进行全面深刻剖析，提出全面彻底根除这一不良现象理论基础，改善旅游环境，促进旅游业健康发展。 关键词：旅游业; 零负团费; 成因; 运行机制; 危害性; 治理对策 Abstract Tourism is the development of human society to a certain stage of the product. With economic globalization and peoples living standards increasing, people are not satisfied with the status quo and to pursue a higher, better and more romantic interest in life. Travel is the best choice for people in there spare time, therefore, tourism as a new type of sunrise industry is facing unprecedented opportunities for development. As tourism involves these elements：travel, shopping, entertainment, food, shelter , will lead to the development of chain It can be said that tourism is a comprehensive industry, so all regions are actively building a variety of tourism infrastructure, develop their own unique tourism resources to promote regional economic development. The current mainstay of tourism in national economic development become increasingly evident, and has become an important new economic growth point.
