Therefore, to enhance the management of todays advanced scientific and technological research, and actively into their management style and mastery of our business management approach among the pairs of Chinese enterprises to meet the 21st century, global market competition and the challenges of e-commerce is of great theoretical and practical significance. JIT production management model as a highly efficient enterprise management model has been more recognized and widely in many fields of applications.
