摘 要 我国的公路事业近年来发展迅猛，通车里程不断增加，但是许多路面施工质量得不 到保证，仍然存在着早期破坏的现象，这成为制约我们公路事业健康发展的最大因素。 随着信息化进程的不断推进、网络技术和多媒体技术的高速发展，基于网络平台的远程 监控系统具有直观性强的特点，它大大缩短了管理的流程，使得施工企业和业主对施工 现场的异地管理和质量监督实现了零距离。 正是基于以上背景，本文设计出一种滑模摊铺机的动态监控系统，它是一种基于 ARM9的嵌入式Linux视频监控系统，主要通过安装在滑模摊铺机上的摄像头采集施工现 场关于施工过程和施工质量的视频，然后通过无线网络将采集到的视频发送到远端监控 中心，以方便施工单位和业主对施工过程和施工质量进行管理、监督和控制。本视频监 控系统具有成本低、直观性强、使用方便等特点，尤其在偏远地区施工时，这种优势体 现的将更明显。本论文主要研究内容有： 1、通过对滑模摊铺机施工工艺过程的研究，分析了影响施工质量的制约因素，确定 了主要的监控指标。 2 、给出监控系统的设计要求，详细地介绍本监控系统的总体结构、工作原理以及各 模块的功能。 3、搭建嵌入式系统的硬件和软件平台，主要介绍系统的硬件组成以及软件平台的搭 建过程。 4 、设计了视频的采集流程；分析和确定视频的编解码方案和传输方案；给出视频流 在远端监控中心的实现方案。 关键词：滑模摊铺，质量控制，视频监控，嵌入式，Linux i Abstract China’s highway has rapidly developed in recent years, and the mileage has greatly increased. However, many of the pavement construction quality is not assured, early damage of pavement still exist, which becomes the biggest factor which restricts the healthy development of China’s highway. With the advancement of informationization, the rapid development of network technology and multimedia technology, the remote monitoring system based on network greatly reduces the process of management and helps construction companies and the owners to achieve the zero distance on the off-site management and supervision of the construction site. Based on the above background, this paper designed a monitoring system used for slip- form concrete paver, which is an arm9-based embedded Linux video monitoring system. The cameras installed on the slip-form pacer collect the information of the construction site and send the video to the monitoring center over the wireless network, which could help construction units and owners
