氨磺必利及利培酮治疗精神分裂症疗效及安全性对比 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2016.32.007 [摘要] 目的 探?氨磺必利与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。 方法 于2015年1月―2016年1月间，在该院方便选择80例住院精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，将患者随机分为氨磺必利组（n=30）和利培酮组（n=30），给予氨磺必利组患者氨磺必利治疗，给予利培酮组患者利培酮治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果及安全性。结果 氨磺必利组患者治疗后PANSS阳性症状评分（20.1±3.9）分、一般病理学症状评分（15.4±2.6）分、总分（54.3±4.8）分与利培酮组阳性症状评分（19.4±4.2）分、一般病理学症状评分（16.8±2.9）分、总分（56.7±5.4）分相比差异无统计学意义，P0.05。氨磺必利组患者治疗后PANSS阴性症状评分（19.1±5.2）分与利培酮组（24.6±5.4）分相比明显较低，P0.05。氨磺必利组患者用药后不良反应发生率16.7%与利培酮组23.3%相比差异无统计学意义，P0.05。 结论 氨磺必利与利培酮治疗精神分裂症均疗效显著，用药不良反应均较少，但氨磺必利对PANSS阴性症状改善效果更优于利培酮 [关键词] 氨磺必利；利培酮；精神分裂症；疗效；安全性 [中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）11（b）-0007-04 Comparison of the Efficacy and Safety of Amisulpride and Risperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia LIN Jian-zhong Outpatient Clinic of Zhangzhou Fukang Hospital ， Zhangzhou ，Fujian Province， 363000 China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of amisulpride and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Convenient selection January 2015 to January 2016. In our hospital choose 80 cases of hospitalized mental division patients as the research object， the patients were randomly divided into tolbutamide will benefit group （n = 30） and risperidone group（n = 30） and given tolbutamide will benefit groups of patients with ORYZALIN mosapride treatment， treated with risperidone group suffering from risperidone in the treatment， compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and safety.
