摘要:在中职教育课程改革的背景下,鹿取致力于中职鞋业文化体系的发展,提炼核心文化。学校特
色文化是课程构建的思想指导、制度保障和物质保障。学校力求以先进的办学理念和文化顶层设计引
领课程改革与实施,并积极探索鞋业文化体系下中取教育课程构建,并在人才培养模式创新、教师专
业成长、课程与环境资源开发、学生综合素质提高、社会认可度等方面做出积极成效。

Abstract: With the background of the vocational education curriculum refonn , we dedicate the
development system of footwear industry culture in vocational school, extract and purifythe kernel culture.
Our school characteristic culture includesthe ideology guide , institutional ♂larantee and material insurance
in curriculum structure. With the advanced theory on school management and the top design of culture , we
strive to guide curriculum refonn and implement. Under the footwear industry cultural system, we do our
best to explore the vocational education curriculum structure. At the same time , we make an effort to
innovate the pattern of talent training , develop teachers major, exploit of curriculum and environment
resource , improve students comprehensive quality , increase the society recognition and so on.
