Abstract The progress of modern society and superior life styles affect the health condidtion of Hong Kong students. This also cause an overall decline on their health condition. Due to bad eating habbit plus a lot of junk food, the number of ill-balanced feeding students in Hong Kong soared. The growth and development in health of young people also become abnormal, hence this research is necessary and practical.
