The unfair Social phenomenon affects the stability of the agricultural labor force and the development of the whole nation. This paper based on the construction of the rural maternity insurances. In the first chapter, I discuss the definition of the maternity insurances and elaborate the development of Chinese maternity insurances and the actuality of rural women’s maternity insurance. In the second chapter , I analysis the feasibility and necessity of the rural maternity insurances ’ construction. First, I state the values of constructing rural maternity insurances and the reasons why we should construct the rural maternity insurances. Second, I discussed the feasibility from the aspects of economic and political.
