Methods: The needs and requirements of clinical pharmacy talents in primary medical institutions were first analyzed. Then, by referring to the advanced clinical pharmacy education at home and abroad and taking into consideration of actual situation of the local vocational colleges, we explore the reform and development of clinical pharmacy education in our college. Results and Conclusion: The reform and development of clinical pharmacy education in our college was explored from the aspects of training objectives, curriculum system, practice scheme and teacher training of clinical pharmacy.
