三 江 学 院 本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目 便携式LED灯具结构设计与分析 高职院 院（系） 机械设计制造及其自动化 专业 学生姓名 陈晓峰 学号 G095152006 指导教师 沈仙法 职称 讲师 指导老师工作单位 三 江 学 院 起讫日期 2012.12.17-2013.4.5 摘 要 本课题利用AutoCAD，Pro/E等相关专业绘图工具软件对LED灯具进行结构设计。通过对LED光源的相关背景知识，历史，特性及发展状况等相关资料的查阅学习，以及对便携式LED灯结构设计、绘图，能够锻炼我的工程设计能力，巩固机械设计、公差测量、工程材料等方面的知识，熟悉和掌握相关的专业知识和计算机应用方面的知识。收集、了解LED光源的相关背景知识，历史，特性及发展状况等情况。利用Pro/E，AutoCAD等相关专业绘图工具软件对LED灯具进行结构设计。其主要的问题是如何设计出符合便携式要求及符合制造要求的相对美观的灯具结构。首先收集相关信息资料，利用收集的资料对灯具结构进行粗设计。为了使其更加直观及容易修改，利用Pro/E对其进行三维实体造型，其间对其尺寸、外型等进行不断的修正，使其逐步符合设计要求。Pro/E；； Abstract LED (Light Emitting Diode) light-emitting diode that is a light can be converted to electrical energy and diode characteristics with electronic devices.
