They will ♂larantee the dancers accuracy of direction , footwork , foot position and rotation angle while dancing. Controlling of gravity centre , lifting , swinging and wrenching are the most representative and most fundamental basic skills in ballroom dancing. 3T is key and essential for the dancers to promote skill. The thesis analyzes and discusses the application of these 5 contents which provides theoretical basis for the ballroom dancing lov- ers to further improve their techniques.
