Course
description This seminar will explore convergences and divergences of
management theories and practices in different cultural
settings. Knowledge formation, management practice and
transferability of management theories will be analyzed in a
cultural perspective. The ideas of an emerging global culture
and business culture will be explored in a critical perspective

Requirements For presentations and academic paper writing, teams of 4/5
students shall be formed on the meeting of May 11th . The
bibliography listed for the seminars is available at the Uni-
Campus Copy-Shop. It is possible to choose other topics be-
sides the ones mentioned in this syllabus (seek instructor‘s
advise).
Readings The readings will be available in the Uni-Campus Copy-Shop
Grading Group paper 50% (deadline: June29th)
Group seminar (presentation) 30%
Individual paper 20% (deadline: July 4th)
