Executive Summary (for those who don’t read Chinese): NO DIETING YET EFFECTIVE TURNING
OF FAT is my effective weight loss story and theory that I developed and tested on myself
during the month of October to December 2013. I shook off 10 kgs in 2 months from 15th
October 2013 to 15th December 2013, and my blood pressure dropped from 130/90 level
(almost entering the “high blood pressure” region) to 120/80 level (“wake-up pressure in the
morning) or 110/70 level (“go to bed” pressure at night) simply through walking.
The keys are:
1. Do whatever exercise (walking, jogging, swimming, basket ball, football, gym, …
whatever) BEFORE your meal(s) or to speak to the point, when you feel hungry (the
hungrier the better!); Exercising after the meal is no use as far as weight loss is
concerned as you are consuming what you just eat, not burning off the stored fat
that is also why some people getting heavier and heavier during their fight to lose
weight: they do exercise after the meal, consume whatever they eat at the meal, then
as it is too early for the next meal they take in some “finger food” (mostly unhealthy
junk food) …to quench their hunger so the increase in weight! The fact that you feel
hungry is because you have finished consuming whatever the previous meal has
provided, your body tells you that it needs replenish…If you start exercise now, you are
telling your body, go ahead use the storage. It i
