But how m uch the students should pay is no t sure betw een the U niversities, governm ents, students and their fam ilies and even the w ho le society. I th ink there are th ree m ain facts w h ich p lay impo rtant ro les in the tuition : the expenditure per students, the suppo rt from the so ciety and the po licy about tuition should no t against the equity of h igher education.
