生精片对精子DNA及顶体完整率及体外受精结局影响探析 　　【摘要】 目的 探?精子顶体完整率、精子DNA完整率（DFI）、体外受精（IVF）结局与生精片之间的关系。方法 158例男性不育症患者作为研究对象， 其中95例患者服用生精片治疗作为观察组， 而其余63例服用左卡尼汀作为对照组， 对比分析两组治疗情况， 探讨生精片的临床应用价值。结果 研究前， 两组DFI、精子顶体完整率、前向运动精子（PR）数对比差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；研究3个月后， 两组DFI显著低于研究前（P0.05）。观察组优胚率为（40.03±5.85）%， 卵裂率为（91.15±11.57）%， 受精率为（78.13±17.01）%， 妊娠率为50.53%， 对照组优胚率为（35.13±10.01）%， 卵裂率为（91.50±12.08）%， 受精率为（71.36±20.10）%， 妊娠率为33.33%， 观察组优胚率、受精率、妊娠率均优于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 临床上针对不育症患者应用生精片治疗， 可有效将患者DFI、精子完整率改善， 对IVF结局具有促进作用， 提高临床优胚率及妊娠率 【关键词】 体外受精；顶体；生精片；精子DNA完整率 DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.05.046 Analysis of influence by Shengjing tablets on sperm DNA， acrosome integrity rate and in vitro fertilization outcome CHENG Guo-long. Department of Andrology， Kunming IVF Hospital， Kunming 650000， China 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate relationship between sperm acrosome integrity rate， sperm DNA fragmentation index （DFI）， in vitro fertilization （IVF） outcome and Shengjing tablets. Methods Among 158 male patients as study subjects with infertility， there were 95 cases as observation group receiving Shengjing tablets and another 63 cases as control group receiving levocarnitine. Comparative analysis was made on treatment condition in both groups. Clinical application value of Shengjing tablets was investigated. Results Before research， there was no statistically significant difference of DFI， sperm acrosome integrity rate and PR count between the two groups （P0.05）. After 3 months of research， both groups had lower DFI than those before research （P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of Shengjing tablets in clinical treatment of infertility patients can effectively improve DFI and sperm integrity rate.
