Original authors and their institutions: Wai‐Kei Lo, Joanne M. Bargman, John Burkart, Raymond T.  Krediet, Carol Pollock, Hideki Kawanishi, and Peter G. Blake, for the ISPD Adequacy of Peritoneal  Dialysis Working Group    Translators and their institutions: Current Chinese version of ISPD guideline (Guideline on targets  for solute and fluid removal in adult patients on chronic peritoneal dialysis) was kindly translated  by Prof. Wang Mei and Dr. Zhao Huiping from Renal Division of  Peking University People’s  Hospital.    Process of translation, back translation and checking: In order to make the translation more  accurate,  it  has  been validated  by  back‐ translation  and  proof  read  between  original  and  translated articles by two separated translation companies in China. Both Chinese and English  versions are then certificated as corresponds to its original document. Here, we would like to take  the opportunity to sincerely thank Prof. Wang and Dr. Zhao for their great efforts to make it  happen, which will be looked a tremendous contribution to mandarin readers for their PD clinical  practice.     Disclosure: Dr. Zhao Huiping is a recipient of Renal Research Grant from Baxter China. Prof. Wang  declares no conflict of interest.    Copy right declaration: Dr. Zhao Huiping is responsible for translation while Prof. Wang Mei for  reviewing the Chinese version. They are aware of the term of publication in PDI.  Process for guideline translation Done by translation  company A Done by translation  •Review the comments from
