汽车发动机机油泵链耐磨性能对比分析 　　摘要:链条产品的摩擦对链条产品的寿命和机械效率影响很大。本文通过不同的试验对比了国内与国外汽车发动机机油泵链的耐磨性能,并绘制磨损伸长率的曲线,通过试验结果分析得出:国产与国外品牌相比,国产品牌磨损伸长率较大,国外品牌较小,具有优良的耐磨性能。国内品牌应该选择合理的工艺,强化油泵链的制作。 　　Abstract: Friction of chains has a great influence on life and mechanical efficiency. This test compared the difference of domestic and foreign automobile engine oil pump chain’s wear, and draw the curve of wear elongation. Through analysis of test, the results came out: compared to domestic and foreign brands, domestic brands’ chain had greater wear elongation than foreign brands, and foreign brands’ chain has excellent wear
