基于BIM管理类人才信息化应用能力培养 　　摘要：BIM的应用方兴未艾，但BIM人才的紧缺制约着BIM的推广与发展。本文以当前BIM人才的专业能力需求分析为起点，剖析传统院校人才培养存在的主要问题，并从教学设计、教学重点、教学设施等方面提出新的应用型管理类专业人才信息化应用能力的培养方案，尝试解决当前建筑信息化大潮下人才培养的问题 Abstract： The application of BIM is in the ascendant， but the shortage of BIM talents restricts the popularization and development of BIM. Studying from the current analysis of professional capability requirement of BIM talents， analyze the main problems existing in the traditional talent training， and from the teaching design， teaching points， teaching facilities， put forward new information application ability training scheme
