基于保密安防系统工程探究 　　摘 要：保密工作历来是党和国家的一项重要工作。政府性机构、国防、军队等单位有保守国家秘密的义务，也是长期开展的一项重要工作，它关系着国家的安全和利益。鉴于保密工作的严峻性，各单位都在进一步实施保密安防监控系统工程，承担国家秘密的各级政府性机构、科研单位的要害部门、部位、重要建筑目标和有特殊使用功能高风险建筑物（及其群体）的保密安防工程建设日趋重要。保密安防工程的建设，应符合国家有关法律、法规的规定。还应符合国家现行工程建设强制性标注及有关技术标注、规范。本文描述了保密安防系统子系统建设及防范功能、设计阶段的原则及重点、实施阶段应注意的问题、检测及验收阶段的注意事项。对保密安防系统的建设单位、监理单位、承建单位具有一定的借鉴作用 关键词：保密；安防工程；建设管理 中图分类号：TP391.41 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1671-2064（2017）06-0040-03 Abstract：Confidentiality has always been an important task for the Party and the state.
