第32卷第2期 2015年6月 土木工程与管理学报Journal of Civil Engineering and Management Vol. 32 No. 2 Jun.2015  契约治理对建筑技术创新网络绩效的影响研究 陈帆\谢洪涛2 (1.湖南科技大学土木工程学院，湖南湘潭411201; 2.昆明理工大学土木工程学院，云南昆明650500) 摘要:从契约治理的视角，研究建筑技术创新网络结构对创新绩效的影响，重点考察契约治理对上述关系的 调节作用。以目前在我国建筑业发展较快的建筑信息模型技术为例，对较为典型的工裎项目和相关建筑企业 开展调查问卷获得研究数据，运用回归模型进行实证研究。结果显示建筑技术创新网络规模、中心度和联系强 度对创新绩效有正向影响，正式契约倒U形调节网络规模、中心度和联系强度对创新绩效的影响效应，关系契 约正向调节网络中心度和联系强度对创新绩效的影响效应。研究表明网络规模、中心度和联系强度对建筑技 术创新都有积极作用，而恰当的契约治理将促进这一作用?建筑企业需要适度把握正式契约治理强度，着重培 养关系契约治理能力，才能够更好地利用外部网络创新资源，提高创新绩效。 关键词:契约治理；建筑企业；技术创新网络；网络结构；创新绩效 中图分类号：F403.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号:2095七985(2015)02~006048 The Impact of Contract Governance on the Construction Innovation Network Performance CHEN Fan , XIE Hong-Tao2 (1. School of Civil Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming 650500, China) Abstract ： From the perspective of contract governance, this paper analyzes the impacts of the construction innovation network structure on the performance, and mainly studies the moderating effect of the contract governance on these relationships. By taking the building information model technology as an example, which is quickly developing in recent years, the research data is obtained by conducting a questionnaire survey of some typical project and firms. Regression models were used to conduct empirical research. The results showed that the construction innovation network size, the centrality degree and link strength affect positively the innovation performance. Formal contract has a moderating effect with inverted U shape on the impact of the network size, centrality degree and link strength on the innovation performance. Relational contract has a positive moderating effect on the the impact of the centrality degree and link strength on the innovation performance. The study suggests that the construction innovation network size, the centrality degree and link strength can improve
