我国新型农业经营主体发展态势探析 　　摘 要：新型农业经营主体的形成是农业生产分工不断深化的产物，代表我国农业先进生产力的发展方向，是农村改革发展的重要推动力量。随着国家政策支持、农民对土地流转的需求、农地“三权分置”政策的颁布以及农业现代化建设步伐加快，使我国的农业新型经营主体将会进入发展的“快车道”。该文就我国各种新型农业经营主体包括专业大户、家庭农场、农民合作社和农业龙头企业的发展态势和面临的挑战进行了分析，提出了保障不同阶段经营主体发展的具体应对策略，指出了培养与新型农业经营主体发展相适应的综合性人才是破解其发展问题的“总开关”，同时也为地方性应用型高校实现转型发展提供了参考 关键词：新型农业经营主体；土地流转；人才需求方向；对策分析 中?D分类号 F323 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1007-7731（2016）23-0008-04 Analysis on the Development Trend of the New Agricultural Management Entities in China Duan Haiming et al. （College of Agriculture，Anhui Science and Technology University，Fengyang 233100，China） Abstract：The formation of new agricultural management entities is the product of the deepening division of agriculture，which represents the development direction of advanced agricultural productivity.It is an important driving force for rural reform and development.With the support of national policy，the demand on the land transfer of farmers，land “three power division” policy and the construction of agricultural modernization，the new entities will enter the “fast track”.The development trend and challenges on various agricultural management entities including specialized households，family farms，farmers’ cooperatives，agricultural leading enterprises are analyzed.Finally，this paper puts forward specific strategies to guarantee operation of the main stages，and points out that the training of comprehensive talents is the “master switch” to break the development dilemma.At the same time，it also provides an important opportunity for the transformation and development of local application oriented universities.
