高等教育中的组织学习
摘要: 组织学习是一个关于在组织学习和适应的知识领域。这种类型的组织都能够从内部和外部环境的变化作出相应的调整。双循环学习为主要模式,首先介绍了组织的价值观的问题,假设和政策,然后据此改进策略。本文以浙江大学城市学院为例来讨论如何组织学习及应用双循环学习。
Abstract: Organizational learning is an area of knowledge about the way an organization learns and adapts. Such kind of organizations are able to sense changes from both internal and external environment and adapt accordingly. Double-loop learning, as the main model, describes organizations firstly questions about the values, assumptions and policies, then modifies actions consequently. Take ZUCC as an example to discuss how the organizational learning and double-loop learning are adopted in the university.

0Forwords
Zhejiang University City College(ZUCC)is located in Hangzhou and deemed as local comprehensive college. It established 9 years ago with 250 students.So far,ZUCC have more than 10,800 full-time undergraduates as well as nearly 1,000 faculty and staff(ZUCC at a Glance, 2004)[1].Different from most of other public universities, ZUCC is a private university, which mainly financed from the tuition fees and small portion from government support. As an earliest private university in China, ZUCC is supposed to be the best one among them.
1Organizational learning
Organizational learning is a social-psychological process which deals with the question of “how individuals in the organization learn?”The learning process in the organization ‘may’ result in a change in behavior or may be considered potentially useful for the future. In education institutions, learning process is significant important in these organizations. The basic principle for education is to coach people how to learn because ‘it’s easier to learn many other things if you first learn how to learn’.
