[论文提要] 伴随着人类社会生产力的发展，科学技术水平的日益提高，人与社会、生态之间 的利益关系错综复杂。在生态运动的浪潮下，企业环境责任逐渐登上了历史舞台。一 方面，生态运动按照其自身的逻辑规律和形态路径不断演变。其中，生态运动在生态 伦理和社会形态方面的现代化趋势是生态文明进程中的两个核心领域。本文，作者首 先在收集、查阅大量资料的基础上，采取比较研究的方法，分析、论证了西方社会在 生态伦理和社会形态方面的发展路径，并最终勾勒出西方社会在生态伦理和社会形态 方面的现代化趋势。同时，在生态运动现代化趋势的推动下，企业环境责任在思想理 论和制度规制层面也逐渐走向了法制化的道路。本文，笔者接着将实例与理论相结合， 通过法社会学等研究方法以中国社会为视角，观察、研究、论证了我国企业环境责任 的法制化进程、当前的不足与日后的完善。最后，笔者希望在充分把握生态运动的伦 理变迁和运行规律的基础上，与企业环境责任法制化进程中的自然、社会以及法律因 素相结合，以求探究、摸索出对两者之间的良性互动关系。 [主题词] 生态运动 现代化 企业环境责任 法制化 良性互动 I [Abstract] As social productivity is developing,and the level of science and technology is speeding,relationships among human nature,society and ecology are growing more and more complicated.Under such circumstances,ecological movement is gradually evolving under its logical necessity and moving path. During these periods,ecological movement is being socially modernized,especially in the field of its ecological ethnics and social formation.First,the author will focus on the ecological ethnics and social formation in the west and its modernization.Second ，as environmental responsibility of enterprises are being legally institutionalized,the author are trying to discover and analyze the current situation of environmental responsibility of enterprises in China and its improvement.Finally,the author manage to center on the positive interactions between the modern trend of social ecological movement and the legal process of environmental responsibility of enterprises.
