摘 要 情绪劳动是指在工作中对自己的情绪进行必要的调节和管理，以表达出组织需要的特 定情绪的过程。对中小学教师而言，情绪劳动不仅仅影响其自身的身心健康，而且还会对 学生的身心健康、学业成就造成较大影响。因此，中小学教师情绪劳动的研究正是基于人 文关怀和对中小学教师心理状态、内在需要的深层次关心。 本研究以湖南地区的 264 名中小学教师为研究对象，考察了中小学教师情绪劳动的特 点，进一步分析了情绪劳动与情绪智力、社会支持、情绪耗竭的关系，得出了以下结论： 湖南中小学教师情绪劳动处于较高水平，并且被动深层行为主动深层行为表层行 为；情绪耗竭处于中等水平；情绪劳动与情绪耗竭没有显著的相关；表层行为对情绪耗竭 有显著的正向预测力；被动深层行为对情绪耗竭具有负向预测力；情绪智力的情绪管理维 度与社会支持对主动深层行为具有正向预测力；社会支持与自我情绪觉察及情绪管理对被 动深层行为具有正向的预测力；情绪运用对表层行为有正向预测力。其次，不同背景教师 的情绪劳动，在性别、学历、学校属性上具有差异性。 关键词：情绪耗竭 表层行为 被动深层行为 主动深层为 社会支持 情绪智力 iii Abstract Emotional Labor means that one adjusts and manages his own feeing at work in order to express specific emotion which the organization needs. As to elementary and middle school teac hers. The Emotional Labor not only affects their physical and moral integrity, but also has tremen dous influence on students’physical and mental integrity. Therefore, teachers’ Emotional Labor research is precisely based on the humanities concern and the care of teachers’ internal needs . In this research we chose 264 elementary and middle school teachers form Hunan as our research objects. We explored the structure and features of Teachers’ Emotional Labor, analysed the relations hip between Emotional Labor, Emotional Intelligence, Social Support and Emotional Exhaustion.
