The report aims to figure out the basic situation of college students online shopping and make a reaction of it.IntroductionThe aim of this report is to make a detailed description of the situation of college students online shopping and make some recommendation to take good use of the large sum of potential consumers and students how step up their vigilance when shopping online.It totally has 84 students participated in the questionnaire, they are from Guangdong province, Hunan province, Hong Kong,and some places unknown.FindingsAccording toquestionnaire, we find out that 71.43% of females participated in our questionnaire and 28.57% are males.Based on our questionnaire, among people who joined in our survey, most of them had shopping online before, the figure top to 98.81%.This implies that the great potential development e-commerce.The question about how many money will you spend on online shopping? In accordance with the histogram, 33.33% are less than 100 yuan while 32.14% between 100-200 yuan. Besides,over 300 yuan would be less preferred. From these statistics, we can conclude that people are in a rational consumption in online shopping.Most of people had shopping online ever, but it doesn’t mean they keen on online shopping. We can conclude from the diagram that nearly 60% don’t really care about what kinds of way to go shopping. Due to the reason why online shopping takes up a high proportion, it may contributes to the convenient way of shopping, buy things cheaper than shopping at the mall and the forth.In the light of the pie chart, people who have ever in dealing with any exchanged or refunding affairs are more than who have not.
