Methods: From April 1997 to April 2000, ight n hips in sixt n adult pat i nts diagnos d as CDH w r tr at d w ith THR , includ t n pati nts of c m ntl ss typ , six pati nts of hybrid typ and tw o pati nts of c m nt typ . Th tim of followingup w as 32 to 46 y ars, w ith a m an valu of 38 y ars. Results: Th incision h al d smoothly. T h r w r no complication r lat d to th n rv and v ss l.
