Journal of China Institute of Technology Vol.36-2007.6 大學新生定向輔導大學新生定向輔導理論與理論與應用應用 大學新生定向輔導大學新生定向輔導理論與理論與應用應用 The Theories and Applications of Orientation for Freshman Students 劉鎔毓 中華技術學院講師 台灣師範大學公民教育與活動領導研究所博士候選人 摘摘 要要 摘摘 要要 大一新生初由聯考壓力的解放氣氛中 ，邁向多采多姿的大學生涯，常夾雜著 許多的 憧憬 期待與些許的不安困惑 ，因此，極需學校積極設計方案介入輔導，以 利其順利過渡到大學生活 。本文將從下列 幾方面來說明 ：（一）分析大學生的特質 與新生適應需求 ，以作為新生定向輔導的根據；（二）新生定向輔導的功能與實施 方式 ；（三）根據紮根理論模式 ，設計定向輔導方案。應用的大學生發展理論包括 Chickering的心理社會發展理論 、Perry的認知發展理論 、Knefelkamp ＆ Widick 發 展性教學模式 、Myers-Briggs 人格類型理論、Tinto的交互影響理論等 。（四）新生 定向輔導方案設計 ：採持續一整年的方案設計，融合開學前模式、註冊前模式及 新生課程模式 ，內容包括新生資訊網的建立、師生家族制、教師教學技巧知能研 習、新生家長會 、新生入門課程等。 關鍵字 ：大一新生、定向輔導、學生發展、方案設計 Abstract The relief from the pressure of university entrance examination to a colorful university life, the freshman students have the mixture feelings of expectations and uncertainty, therefore the school needs actively design special orientation to help students to adjust their university lives.
