　　妇科手术病人健康教育的路径管理论文 【摘要】目的 消除或减轻影响手术病人健康的危险因素，预防并发症，促进健康和提高生活质量，提高护士整体素质。方法 从护士的要求、健康教育内容、健康教育方式、考核的方法4方面开展路径管理。结果 护士在职业素质、知识结构、智能水平得到提高；手术病人对健康知识知晓率及健康行为形成在提高，术后并发症明显降低，病人的投诉率明显下降。使用路径管理考核方式更加人性化，考核合格率普遍提高。结论 通过使用健康教育路径管理，使健康教育更加具有科学性和系统化。 【关键词】手术病人 健康教育 路径管理 【Abstract】 Objective To alleviate and eliminate dangerous factors that could possibly affect the health of patients before or after the operation and prevent syndrome along provement in the quality of nurses.
