Thus, preparation of novel injections based on these delivery systems has been a hot spot in the drug development area. The dosage characteristics of these novel injections marketed abroad in recent years and these clinical applications are reviewed, and some new injection devices are introduced. Key Words: novel injection; sustained- and controlled-release drug delivery system; injection device; review 注射剂系指药物制成供注入体内的无菌溶液、 出现了纳米粒、脂质体、凝胶等新型注射剂；在注 乳浊液和混悬液以及供临用前配成溶液或混悬液的 射装置方面，出现了无针、预填充、皮下植入等； 无菌粉末或浓溶液。奏效迅速是该剂型的重要特点。
