　　注射用双黄连和三黄胶囊对腹部手术后肠粘连形成的影响论文 【摘要】 目的研究注射用双黄连及三黄胶囊的抗炎、促进肠蠕动及对肠粘连形成的影响。方法观察注射用双黄连、三黄胶囊或两者联用对山莨菪碱所致小鼠肠蠕动减慢模型、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透模型、大鼠肉芽肿模型及大鼠肠粘连模型的作用。结果三黄胶囊对小鼠小肠蠕动具有促进作用；注射用双黄连及三黄胶囊均可抑制毛细血管通透性的增加及棉球肉芽肿的形成；注射用双黄连与三黄胶囊联合用药可明显抑制肠粘连的形成。结论注射用双黄连和三黄胶囊具有促进肠蠕动及抗炎作用。 【关键词】 注射用双黄连 三黄胶囊 炎症 肠蠕动 肠粘连 Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Shuanghuanglian injection and Sanhuang capsule on the inflammation, the gastrointestinal transmit, and the postoperative adhesion.
