一次性根治术结合中药熏洗治疗肛周脓肿疗效分析 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.09.089 [摘要] 目的 探析一次性根治术联合中药熏洗对肛周脓肿患者的治疗效果。方法 随机选取该院2014年3月―2016年4月期间收治的60例肛周脓肿患者，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各30例，两组均采取一次性根治术进行治疗，对照组结合高锰酸钾液熏洗，研究组联合中药熏洗，比较两组治愈率、复发情况、愈合时间等。结果 研究组愈合时间（21.6±4.5）d与对照组（28.8±5.7）d，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 一次性根治术联合中药熏洗对肛周脓肿患者的治疗效果显著，值得推广使用 [关键词] 一次性根治?g；中药熏洗；肛周脓肿；治疗效果 [中图分类号] R657 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（c）-0089-03 Analysis of Curative Effect of Primary Radical Surgery and Fumigating and Washing with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Perianal Abscess ZHOU Zhi-ming Anorectal Department， Dongtai People’s Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University， Dongtai， Jiangsu Province， 224200 China [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of primary radical surgery and fumigating and washing with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of perianal abscess. Methods 60 cases of patients with perianal abscess admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each， both groups were treated with primary radical surgery， the control group were also given fumigation and washing of potassium permanganate， while the research group were also given the fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine， and the cure rate， recurrence situation and cure time were compared between the two groups. Results The difference in the cure time between the research group and the control group was obvious， [（21.6±4.5）d vs （28.8±5.7）d]（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of primary radical surgery and fumigating and washing with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of perianal abscess is obvious， which is worth promotion and application.
