区域电力通信网光缆智能分配监测系统设计及实现 　　摘 要： 以区域电力通信网光缆线路为研究对象，对其智能分配监测系统的设计和实现进行了研究。根据光缆智能分配监测系统工作原理，设计了光缆智能分配监测系统结构和相关系统功能模块及软件系统，其中软件操作系统为Windows 2012 Server，选择SQL Server 2012?M行数据库开发，并配合操作系统实行无缝连接，采用VB进行前台开发，在光缆智能分配监测中心选择IBM服务器进行相关工作，使用 Mapinfo Professional 12.0作为地理信息系统开发平台，开发工具使用MAP X5.0来实现，系统通过GIS功能模块实现光缆线路系统智能分配的实时监测、智能切换光、告警、预警，为今后区域电力通信网光缆智能分配监测系统的研究提供了参考 关键词： 光缆； 智能分配； 电力通信； 监测系统 中图分类号： TN915?34 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 1004?373X（2017）09?0166?03 Abstract： Taking the optical cable line of the regional electric power communication network as the research object， the design and implementation of the intelligent distribution monitoring system are studied. According to the working principle of the optical cable intelligent distribution monitoring system， the structure of the optical cable intelligent distribution monitoring system， related system function module and software system were designed. The Windows 2012 Server is taken as the software operating system. The SQL Server 2012 is selected to develop the database. The operating system is coordinated to implement the seamless connection. The VB is used to develop the foreground. The IBM server is adopted to carry out the related work in the optical cable intelligent distribution monitoring center. The Mapinfo Professional 12.0 is employed as the development platform of the geographic information system. The development tool is realized with MAP X5.0. The real?time monitoring， intelligent cable switchover， alarm and warning of the optical cable line system intelligent distribution are realized with the GIS function module， which provides the reference for future research on the optical cable intelligent distribution monitoring system of regional electric power communication network.
