摘 要 摘 要 政治参与越来越成为我国政治民主化进程中不可或缺的一部分，特别是在当今经济 全球化、政治民主化、文化多元化的时代，公民的政治参与也开始呈扩大趋势。我国是 一个农业大国，农民这一群体占我国人口的大多数，历年来农村问题一直是我国发展中 不可忽视的重要问题，农民的政治参与问题直接关系到农村的政治发展，因此，研究河 北省农民政治参与问题对我国政治发展具有非常重要的作用。 本文通过对河北省11个地级市、26个县市、105个村中的1050户进行抽样调查， 通过交叉分析性别、文化程度、政治面貌、职务状况、职业状况、收入水平和宗族状况 与河北省农民政治参与之间的关系发现，除宗族状况这一因素之外，其他因素都对河北 省农民政治参与有较大的影响。河北省农民在政治参与过程中不仅受多种因素的影响， 而且参与方式存在制度化和非制度化并存但以制度化为主的现象，这就要从提高女性参 政水平、发展教育事业、提高经济水平、完善制度建设、促进乡风文明建设和拓宽参与 渠道等多种方式来探讨提升河北省农民政治参与水平和能力的路径，从而实现河北省农 民进行有序的政治参与，加强河北省农民议事协商和权力监督的能力，保障河北省农民 享有更多更切实的民主权利，进而推动河北省政治体制改革，促进政治文明建设。 关键词 农民 政治参与 村民自治 制度建设 政治文化 实证研究 I Abstract Abstract Political participation is increasingly becoming an integral part of the process of political democratization in China, especially in the age of economic globalization, political democratization and cultural diversity, the citizens political participation also began to show a tendency to expand. China is a large agricultural country, and farmers accounted for the majority of the population in our country. Over the years rural problems is always an important problem that cannot be ignored in the development of China. Since the political participation of peasants is directly related to the problem of rural political development, therefore, study on the political participation of farmers in Hebei province plays an important role in the development of Chinas politics.
