氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病临床效果 　　[摘要]目的 分析氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法 选取2015年7月～2016年7月我院收治的108例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组54例。对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗，观察组使用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，2个月后，比较两组患者治疗后的血脂指标，治疗1、2个月的临床效果，治疗后的炎性水平指标和不良反应情况。结果 与对照组比较，观察组患者治疗后的LDL-C、TG、TC值较低，HDL-C值较高（P0.05）。观察组患者治疗后的总有效率高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病可取得相对显著的临床效果，降低患者的血脂水平，消除炎性因子，安全性高，值得进一步推广 [关键词]氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片；高血压；冠心病 [中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（c）-0114-03 Clinical effect of Amlodipine Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treating hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease AI Jian-hua Shatu Community Health Service Center in Chengbei Subdistrict of Yushui District，Jiangxi Province，Xinyu 338000，China [Abstract]Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Amlodipine Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treating hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 108 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease treated by our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as objects，and they were randomly divided into two groups，each group had 54 cases.The control group was given Extended Release Tablets of Nifedipine，while the observation group was given Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets，after 2 months，blood lipid indexes，clinical effect 1 and 2 months of treatment，inflammatory indexes and adverse reactions after treatment between two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group，LDL-C，TG，TC value was lower and HDL-C value was higher after treatment in the observation group （P0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treating hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease can achieve a relatively significant clinical effect，and it can lower blood lipid，eliminate inflammatory factors with high safety，and it is worthy of further promotion.
