红景天胶囊对急进高原青年人血压影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨红景天胶囊对急进高原青年人血压的影响情况。方法 方便?x取2015年9―12月在武警8630部队医院体检合格的200名青年人作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组两组，每组100名。观察组给予红景天胶囊，对照组给予相同数量及外观的医用淀粉胶囊。两组均于进入高原前3 d及进入高原后3 d连续服用上述胶囊。分别于平原时及进入高原后1、3、5、7、10、15、20、30 d测量血压。结果 平原时两组血压比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；进入高原后第1天两组血压迅速升高，观察组血压：（132.20±3.90）/（81.10±4.38）mmHg、对照组血压：（132.87±3.47）/（80.97±4.10）mmHg （P0.05）；对照组血压（116.87±5.35）/（75.38±2.28）mmHg 于第10天开始下降（P0.05）。结论 红景天胶囊能明显缩短急进高原的青年人血压升高的恢复时间 [关键词] 红景天胶囊；高原；青年人；血压 [中图分类号] R82 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（a）-0146-03 Effect of Rhodiola Extract Capsules on the Blood Pressure of Youths after Acute Exposure to High Altitude LI Wei， ZHANG Yan， LIU Jing-na Department of Internal Medicine， Armed Police Force 8630th Hospital， Tianjin， 300161 China [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of rhodiola extract capsules on the blood pressure of youths after acute exposure to high altitude. Methods Convenient selection 200 cases of youths with qualified physical examination in our hospital from September to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each， the observation group were given the rhodiola extract capsules， while the control group were given the medical starch capsules of the same number and appearance， and both groups took the above capsules continuously in 3 d before and after entering into the high altitude， and the blood pressure was measured at plain and at 1，3，5，7，10，15，20，30 d after entering into the high altitude.
