胃、肠活检标本中印戒细胞癌形态分析及病理诊断0%）；发生于胃窦31例（31.6%）、胃角26例（26.5%）、胃体14例（14.3%）、贲门5例（5.1%）、胃体及胃底6例（6.1%）、胃体及胃窦13例（13.3%）、全胃5例（5.1%）。结论 胃窦、胃角是胃肠道印戒细胞癌易发部位，常见类型为溃疡型；印戒细胞浸润性强、转移率高，应结合病理形态诊断并治疗。若采用胃肠粘膜活检的方式取材，所取材具有浅表性，所获得的组织也较小，所获得的印戒细胞不具备明显的异形性。而固有层的浅层细胞，有着完整的上皮覆盖，在其背景下也能见到许多炎性细胞，所以易于与印戒细胞混淆，导致检测结果不准确 [关键词] 印戒细胞癌；活检标本；胃肠 [中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（a）-0034-03 Morphological Analysis and Pathological Diagnosis of Signet-ring Cell Carcinoma in the Stomach and Bowel Biopsy Specimens ZOU Shao-lei Department of Pathology， Guanxian Peoples Hospital， Guanxian， Shandong Province， 252500 China [Abstract] Objective To observe the pathological features and shape of signet-ring cell carcinoma， avoid the misdiagnosis and improve the discovery rate of early cancer. Methods Convenient selection 98 cases of patients with signet-ring cell carcinoma diagnosed in our hospital from June 2014 to April 2016 were selected and the biopsy specimens were fixed by the10% neutral formalin and were given the routine embedding， dehydration and HE dying and observed by the light microscope. Results The pathological test proved there were 98 positive carcino-embryonic antigen cases in the 98 cases of biopsy specimens， including 59 cases with positive Cerb B， 85 cases with positive CEA diffusion， 69 cases with positive P53， 17 cases were in the erosive type（17.3%）， 32 cases were in diffuse infiltrating type（32.7%）， 49 cases were in the ulcerative type（50.0%）， 31 cases were in sinuses ventriculi（31.6%）， 26 cases were in gastric angle（26.5%）， 14 cases were in body of stomach（14.3%）， 5 cases were in cardia（5.1%）， 6 cases in body of stomach and fundus of stomach（6.1%）， 13 cases in body of stomach and sinuses ventriculi（13.3%）， 5 cases in whole stomach（5.1%）. Conclusion Sinuses ventriculi and gastric angle are the susceptible sites of gastrointestinal signet ring cell cancer， the common type is in the ulcerative type， and the infiltrating of signet ring cell is strong and the transfer
