小型四轮山地自行车的设计说明书【毕业论文+CAD图纸全套】.doc

摘 要 山地自行车源于美国，是美国青年为了寻求刺激，在摩托车比赛的越野场地上驾驶自行车进行花样比赛而派生发展起来的车型。小型四轮山地自行车的设计时一门专业的学科，国外山地自行车工业发达的国家都在自行车中投入大量人力，物力和财力，也取得了很好的效果。我国虽然被成为自行车生产王国，但在产品设计工作上与国外先进水平相比还存在差距。 小型四轮山地自行车是山地自行车的一类，小型四轮山地自行车的设计涉及到大量的技术问题。本次毕业设计中通过研究小型四轮山地自行车的工作原理，初步确定了自行车车架结构尺寸并对其进行了强度校核，选择了车架材料，确定了车架的焊接工艺，设计计算了链传动，选择了关键零件并做了相关计算，选择了山地自行车的轮胎，并说明了小型四轮山地自行车日常生活中的维护，然后用ug进行了建模，并用CAD进行了修改。 关键词：小型四轮山地自行车；车架材料强度校核；焊接工艺；链传动；ug建模  ABSTRAKT Mountain bikes from the United States, is seeking to stimulate young americans, in the motorcycle race off-road driving bicycles in the field of pattern match and derived developed models. Small four-wheel mountain bike design as a professional discipline, mountain bike industry developed countries abroad are in bicycle invest a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, also has obtained the good effect.
