A b str a c t
A t th e new challenges of econom ic globalization and the inform ation netw ork
environm ent, th e statu s of m oral edu cation of contem porary youth are facin g the
unprecedented challenges. To im prove the effectiveness of youth group s, contem porary
youth m oral edu cation research has b ecom e of hot top ics. L ook ing b ack in h istory, for
ab sorption in ancient indoctrination m echanism can b e a successfu l exp erience th at can
b e thought of a new p ath .
In th is paper, it m ain ly u ses docum entary research, system s analysis, interpretation by
inductive m ethods. It is d iv ided into four section s :T h e first part defines the conn otation of
m oral education and m oral m echan ism . T he concept of m oral m echanism from tw o aspects
of the m oral m echan ism of th e com position and characteristics of the m oral m echanism ;
T h e second part describ es th e current prob lem s of youth m oral edu cation, and detailed
analysis. From the env ironm ent of m oral education ,m oral ph ilosophy, m oral object, m oral
education in stitu tion s and m oral practice five asp ects, th e reason are m ain ly du e to four
points : the environm ental of factors at hom e and abroad,the object personal factors,
in stitutional settings factors as w ell as fam ilies, com m unities, schools and social asp ects of
bad linkage ; T h e th ird part, com bed the ancient m oral education m echanism , w h ich
focuses on com b ing th e center of ancient m ech an ism . It is one of th e innovation in th is
paper ; T h e fourth part, learn ing from the ancient m oral edu cation m ech anism to im prov ing
th e m oral edu cation m echanism of contem porary youth and propose op erational
recom m endation s, th is is also th e focu s of th is article. C om b in ed w ith th e d istin ctive
characteristics of contem porary youth,
