摘 要 医患关系是社会关系的重要组成部分，构建和谐医患关系是建设社会主义和 谐社会的重要内容之一。近年来，随着医疗技术的发展，医院基础设施建设的提 高，各大医院都出现“床满为患”的趋势，越来越多的疑难杂症在逐渐被攻破， 越来越多的患者可以健康、满意的走出医院，带来的经济效益固然可喜，但另一 方面，我们也必须认识到，医患关系紧张，医患矛盾激化，因医患纠纷引发的冲 突事件此起彼伏，个别事件更引发大型骚乱，医患关系正在逐年恶化，已经发展 成为一种新的社会现象和不稳定因素。本文从医院管理者的角度出发，对医患关 系的恶化原因加以分析，并结合实际情况提出相应的解决办法。 关键词：医患关系 医院管理 构建 和谐 II Abstract the doctor-patient relationship is an important part of the social relations, building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship is an important part of constructing Socialist harmonious society.
