To learn some theories, principles and skills concerning CE translation. b. Familiarize with the main differences similarities between the two languages and apply them in translating activities. c. Further improve your translating competence: to faithfully and smoothly translate usual passages at a speed of 250-300 words / h (TEM 8). Class Rules 1) Your attendance is required. Come to your classes on time and sit in twos or threes. Bring your dictionaries / exercise book or draft 2) Take an active role in classes and take notes (notebook needed). Do not rely on the PPT notes. 3) Finish your assignments. Two students hand in one version. 4) The ability to learn is the most important thing during your lifetime. Think while listen.
